He is the Managing Director of Educomp Solutions Limited, which he founded in 1994 and also the Chairman of the Board of ThreeBrix. He has a B.Com(Hons) SRCC and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is well known as a thought leader in the education technology space. He founded Edumatics Corporation USA in 2001, and Lakshya Digital Pvt Ltd a game development company in 2004 . He is also the managing trustee of Learning Leadership Foundation a non-profit working in the areas of bringing best practices in education to schools in India.

An MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, he also holds a masters degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Till recently a Business consultant at Accenture India, he has also worked in the Corporate Group at The Times of India, the largest circulated morning daily in the world. He has worked on developing outsourcing and co-sourcing models for multiple clients of Accenture.

He started his professional career with ITC (India’s largest FMCG Company) in their Sales team. He then moved on to Europe’s largest Travel company ebookers as Business Analyst and spearheaded new technology Initiatives there. Most recently he was in IBM as a Transformation Manager leading Six Sigma Black Belt Projects.

He also holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

After doing his Masters in International Securities, Investment & Banking from the ISMA Centre, University of Reading, he went on to pursue his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

As a specialized finance professional, he has held varied roles in the financial services industry. Most recently he was working with Barclays Capital in their investment banking team and was responsible for structuring derivative solutions for clients in India. Prior to that, he has worked with Citigroup in the marketing of treasury products to clients in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
